Selling my 1971 FJ40. I had purchased it because it's one of the few FJ40s that's essentially all-original, down to the paint. My intention was to fully restore this beauty, but I have since started a family and don't have the free time to devote to it anymore. The truck has been restored to such an extent that you could daily drive it. Fully restore or enjoy the patina, it's in great condition as-is. I have a clean Maryland title in-hand.

1 owner super clean FJ40 located in Flagstaff AZ. Very minimum rust, extensive maintenance records, almost 100% original, not cut on. Original paint job. Everything works.

Bought this truck in 2014 from a gentlemen in Idaho with roughly 82k-84k miles. I used it on nice days, mostly in the warmer months with the top and doors off for just cruising around locally. i may added an avg of 1k miles annually since. Had a local mechanic who knows these rigs well and owns 2 himself do any maintenance and tuning if needed. Batteries are the original batteries than arrived with the truck and they are still going but couldnt tell you for how much longer...

1977 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser
I've rebuilt ever mechanical part on this FJ40 less than 4000 miles ago. I did so much work on this and just hardly every use it... which is why i'm selling it. Its reliable as a Toyota. Starts, runs and drives down the highway at 65 all day long. I went through the entire thing to make it safe and reliable.
I'm don't have to sell this so please don't make silly offers. The only thing I would consider in trade would be a surf boat or partial trade for one.

This is a project vehicle that has all the original parts, including all the smog, and original engine. The rear tub has been removed and it comes with a new tub that has not been installed. Includes a set of original wheels and it comes with the full hard top and doors. The winch and the seat headrests are not included. 1982 US Spec FJ40 from the West coast. This fj40 has 100% original paint and it runs excellent. I drive it regularly, but it doesn’t get the use it should, so I’m looking to make some garage space. It has all the smog equipment intact and has the 2F engine with power steering. Front floors are 100% zero rust and the rear floor has some visible surface rust from the rear floor mat being in place, but the floor is very solid. Both rear quarter panels have small sections that could be repaired, but because it’s such an original vehicle it never bothered me and I drive it as it is. The original headliner is in perfect shape and doesn’t sag and the hard top and doors are rust free. I have a copy of the car fax with mileage unknown...
