On the Expo Portal there is a west coast gathering for the 60 series rigs. Any of us east coasters interested in something similar? A location would need to have something for everyone, some place to wheel, a place for those not into wheeling to enjoy the outdoors. Maybe a swap meet for all the 60 crap we all have in our garages. Just a thought.

To keep this tech........If you torque too hard while installing your fan clutch, can you misalign your waterpump and get a vibration sound from it?

Uwharrie might work. Wheelin' and fishin'...just a thought.

If I could get a kitchen pass from the wife
and plan ahead I would be interested.

what would you torque too hard on? the 4 bolts attaching it to the pulley? Im not sure if torquing those bolts down would move a properly torqued water pump, unless you really went to town on them. Is your water pump fairly new?

yeah where on EP is this?

also I say no on the fan clucth. it's a flat surface so it doesn't care how tight one or more of tyhe bolts are.

I think anywhere that can accomodate us and give us a good choice of outdoor options would work. We could have a few meeting spots depending on where you are coming from and then caravan to wherever we would stay.

Im for the Tn or WNC locations. Love the OBanks but its a bit of a stretch right now. Im in if I can get the rig rolling. Plenty of water in ETN an WNC for fishing, plenty of trails for hiking...

Keep posting smoky and let us know what you end up with...

Thanks and take care... would love to get Ruby out to a function....

Maybe for this first one we start small and do a WNC/Tenn, and guage interest for following years. Now we should answer the question now- will it be only for 60 series rigs? I for one think it could be any rig as long as its a yota. But the majority should be 60's. I just reread that and it makes no sense to me.
