These long spline t-case input gears replace your stock input gear and PTO spacer/gear to create an internal 19-Spline surface that is approx 90mm long. This eliminates that common drive to reverse clunk that results from worn splines both on the original input gear as well as the output shaft of the manual or automatic transmission.

Also available and in stock for many non-US applications including 6x and 7x Series. Please call and we can verify your application. These do NOT fit any split-case applications with the side mounted PTO assembly, I have not attempted to fit them to anything with a rear mounted PTO unit, if someone has one of those and would like to guinea pig, I'm all ears.
Installation:
We offer all of the needed gaskets and seals individually and or part of our complete transfer case rebuild kits. At a minimum you will need the following:
1 x Trans to T-Case Seal (Various Applications) (Diagram# 36111B) - Part# TC48009/7/12/3
1 x Split T-Case Half Gasket - (Diagram# 36147A) - Part# TCGSK36143
1 x Split T-Case Rear Cover Gasket - (Diagram# 36142) - Part# TCGSK60030
1 x Split T-Case Rear Output Housing Gasket - (Diagram# 36152) - Part# TCGSK36152
1 x Transmission Rear Output Shaft Nut (Not Shown) - Part# TCN26002
1 x T-Case Rear Output Shaft Nut (Diagram# 36104D) - Part# TCN22005
