Unfortunately, I do not have any photos of this because I was driving on capital with the kids during rush hour. But there is a brand new orange Chevy Camaro with green headlights that is literally riding on 38-40 inch rims!!!!! I swear to god. I have 33's on my LX and the rims were way larger than my tires. I would have followed the guy to get a pic, but I was already running late. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen on the road. Apparently, its a show car for a local shop. Chances are you will hear the car before you see it as the engine compartment is fitted with loud speakers so the whole world can hear wiz khalifa. I hope someone sees this hot mess and can get a pic. Its something you cant believe until you see it.
Monster Jam is in town this weekend, ...

I need to be quicker with the cell phone cam. I was at Cabela's on Saturday afternoon picking up my new smoker(!), when I saw an LX pulling out of the parking lot and noticed that it was @Green Hell Mustang driving. Then, on the way out, there was a pretty sweet green Defender 90 backing out of a spot near where we had parked.

I've got a bag of apple, but I've only been doing beef so far on the old smoker (grill). I plan on expanding my repertoire quite a bit now!

I currently run a Bradley. The bisquettes are a bit more expensive, but man is it easy to smoke to perfection. I did a couple fantastic apple-wood smoked hams this Christmas. I'll be doing up a shoulder in a few weeks.
