I have an old ONSC member on my block now. I was walked out today to see a nicely built 40 sitting right out front. As i was taking pics, the owner walked up. He was a very nice guy, and i gave him my card to get back involve. If i remember correctly his name is Chris Browning. He is a pilot in the marines.

We already have a marine pilot. I guess we can have another

he flys/or used to fly Chinooks too.

I know some really good s*** hook pilots. Had a couple that would put us places in the desert that no one else would even think about. Talking back ramp on the top of a sharp mountain top way up high.

dear god I hope that is not casey/john's old 40 with Diamond plate on it :)

saw a BJ 44 on I40 near hickory last weekend and found the owner on mud. Invited him to chime in.
Evidently already contacted by one of our few Southern Pines members ...... sean? Mike?

also saw a lifted de runningboarded hella lit Hunerd at Gander Mtn in GSO (with a wolfpack tag).....was there for a while so may work there and of course was not in my car so had no cards. Plan a trip back to see if its still there.

he remembered phogg4ever, and said the last time he was active he was "furpants,"(in speach, thats the best i can remeber) or something like it maybe. I was walking the dog, and had already had some cocktails. If you can read a book by the cover, seemed like a good guy. He said he bought it 6 years ago...

dear god I hope that is not casey/john's old 40 with Diamond plate on it :)

When I first saw the picture I thought it was their old cruiser also:hhmm:

Welcome to Rick, if he makes it to the forums. Met him in the parking lot, while I was making a withdrawal from the club funds to pay for the T-shirts.

He's driving a '83 Beige (not Dune) 40, that's mostly stock. Looking to do a lift since he put 33" KM2's on white powder coated 60 series rims... Phone was dead, or I'd post a pic...

My block in DC is some kind of freakish, in town, off roading Mecca. On my block, and a block over, we have: 2 built 100s, a built 40, a stock 40, a stockish 80, a stock 60, a mercedes 280GE, a built defender and 2 built Rubicons.

Its pretty awesome actually. Lots of MTs in Glover Park.

I do believe that was Martin - had an old coleman cooler on the back of the 40

It was martin. He has a purty matchin ford truck and 40.

I guess my tow rig is wht so is the forty.

Pretty soon it will be a tan 60!

On our way back, we stopped in Cary - in the parking lot of IHOP, in pulled a guy and his late 70s beige 40..not affiliated...and seemed chagrined at the thought of "offroad". Said he found it in a barn outside of Atlanta and had someone do a full restoration..Had factory air, warn winch . .phone was dead...no pics.

Why were u in cary? Thats the wrong way to jville?
