...and only $127

I think it was on here someone said it already, but if not "If you need a $35 coozie to keep your 12oz beer cold, you are doing it wrong" :flipoff2::grinpimp:

^^ Good for covering up your drink at Uwharrie when the purple truck comes by, tho!!

You're not doing it wrong, just too slowly!

There is no such thing as a warm beer in my hand unless it came out of the cooler that way.

Yeti coolers are awesome. Great thing about bouncing around the Pacific is we can get factory seconds and scratch & dents when we go to the Philippines right from the factory.

We pay less than a quarter of what they cost in the states.

Get a cheap Yeti and bring home a strange Toyota vehicle while you are at it:

Highace: Van Toyota Hiace | Choose your Vehicle | Toyota Philippines
86: A 90's Celica, but weak boxer engine? 86 | Choose your Vehicle | Toyota Philippines

We like it fine, it is small. We tried it for just drinks and it did fine but hard to gauge ice consumption. We are going to try it as just a meat cooler next time out.

We have not gone longer than 3 days camping to date so I do not see a big Yeti or other in our near future. I used white Igloos on the boats and they held up well. I think that if we ever get into any kind of longer trips we will go with a fridge that can also run on AC and do double duty when needed.

They want over 50 bucks for a silly basket to go inside the Pelican. For $25 got two stainless "Steam Table" baskets that fit great. One with holes, one without.

I like your solution better than the basket.

I think I really want one but the price is tough to swallow. I've got 40$ in REI coupons plus the rebate if it is still eligible so...I'm looking at the 45 qt which has a sticker of 350$. If anyone has an opinion on these coolers chime in. Everything I read says great but like I said it is hard to justify that sticker price. A trip to PI would almost necessitate this caliber of equipment. Thought? Or should I just put that money torward a fridge system?
Well worth the $$. I have one and it keeps ice way longer and seems to be super tough.
