so, i was taken off gaurd when Sirenmoses (aka Carol) presented me with the RC FJ40 that Frogger sold in July! :bounce: now me and the boys all have cruiser RC's. it's a shame i've lost touch with my inner child.:flipoff2:

apparently the cruier mating ritual that some get to see at cruiser events happens with toy cruisers as well...who knew?

Frogger mentioned that barbie was a bit too big to fit in the RC40.

Well, Venom and Spiderman seem to fit and really enjoy cruisers and wheeling. again...who knew?!

did anyone else get anything cruiser related?

Oh yeah, Kian got a FJCruiser for his birthday. it's 4x4 and locked front and back. not nearly as fast as the other 2, but it will certainly go more places. we found it at Target and Toys R Us for a reasonable price.

Colin got one from Danise's parents that I think is identical to Brock's blue FJ Cruiser. Now I can have the one that Jill gave Colin for his birthday. :) And I still have an FTX concept truck I got about a year ago. My father-in-law even sprung for an extra battery pack to extend play time.

have you tried it in any rocks? i'm curious how it does. the flex seems good.

My brother just sent me this link:

Pretty cool. This guy has some pretty cool skills building things. My brother was more interested in the link minus the "other_stuff.htm" for the race car.

Check out the flex and the 40. On the bronco link he talks about locking diffs, beadlocks, extending drivelines. Pretty neat stuff.

Looks like my friend Keun's rc rockcrawler. He does his own suspension stuff too. I think this is his - He's going to Chile Challenge, and they're planning on taking them out to "the playground" down there. Anybody know where that is? I think it's on Broad Canyon...

Edit - I talked to Keun, and this picture is not of his. Hopefully I'll get some though.

Wow, that's some flex on the hardtop !

Shawn told me his kids wouldn't let him mod their cruisers, so when I saw the Gladiator I knew he needed it. Stashed it in a closet I rarely open so I wouldn't be tempted to play with it, or it would've never made it to him !!

My vote: ditch the bottom half of the front bumper & flip the top half up to make a bullbar.

Glad ya like it!
