WTB and need your help in determining if this is good

Heys guys! Great community. Need your help in determining if this is a good deal and if the restoration is done appropriately.

Questions:
1) The fuel injection system seems like something I havent seen with these.
2) Where is the oil cooler. There doesn't seem to be a hose of the 2F motor to it
3) Hinges and nuts are all painted.... is that a problem?

Also wanted to know what you guys think in general and what a good price would be.

you were kind. Many more words came to mind.

I guess the ??? in my mind, is you took the time to paint and detail the truck, and you run the lines over the top of the motor, air cleaner, brake master???

Running lines like that is a red flag to me. If you have that kind of budget I would keep looking. You can get a great rig for that price. Take your time and do a lot of researched. I searched for a year for each of my rigs and have always been happy and glad I took my time.

I would take a look at this one. A little above your 22k price but it's a mud member and you can see some of the build on this site. If it's as good as it looks in pics anything in the 25k range would be a good price IMHO
