OP- I am in NoVa as well and have been watching different dealers. Theres a place in fairfax that has two lx570's and a 2010 LC for around $30k each...but this place has questionable sales practices (per reviews). Never hurts to look I suppose...

Good eye. Must have been high water. Since it's north-ish east coast, possibly a hurricane Sandy "survivor".

Looks like it lived primarily in Illinois -- so no Sandy, but have been plenty of floods of the Mississippi

This was one of the things that was the strangest to me. Didn't look like dirt from wheeling, but it was kind of stuck on there. Great sleuthing.
