Yes it will fit but look terrible because they are so small.

I think the LC version of that rim is a different offset, the 4runner wheel will have an offset 8 on the rim and the LC version is an offset 10.

They will fit and the size wont be that drastic if you are currently running the stock 15 LC wheels now. Asking $1200 seems pricey to me for old rims and tires. Get the date code from the tire and see when they were made. If they are old and that doesn't bother you then use it a negotiation for a more reasonable price. Lastly, if you press forward, ensure you have the right lug nuts for these wheels.
