With the LC gone for 2022, Will The Sequoia...

See any upgrades? For instance, selectable AWD?
I would love to see a 2hi/AWD/4hi/4lo transfer case (with dolly towing neutral) with a locking rear end and maybe other traction enhancing kit...

You do know that is the transfer case the sequoia has now (less the nuetral requirement) right?

Pretty sure it does not have "AWD" (which is synonymous with enthusiasts as "Full-Time 4wd" which you may know it as).
The Sequioa has 2HI (2wd), 4HI (Center locked) and 4LOW and electronic off-road stuff.

To whit, it currently does not have all the features I am looking for in flexible, multi-terrain/situation vehicle.

No it definitely does have AWD. Center differential. It has 4hi and a center differential locking switch.

How "bad" is the Sequoia relative to LC?

I see a huge price difference between Sequoia and a LC100 here in the states. I live in the north east and yes, rust is an issue, but I just want a vehicle that will reliably get me to the boat ramp (and the ~20 ft center console boat towed behind it). I estimate 2 kids and at most 4 grown ups...
