Quick question, my headlight washers work, but the windshield and back window squirters will not work. Everything appears to be hooked up, wiring in good shape, any usual suspects as to why this occurs? It sucks anus driving in the winter without it!

first I would heck for V on the windshield squirters .. then if there V the motor is running .. ?

there is a leak or broken line on the route to the squirters tip .. ?

Same procedure for the rear ..

I have the same problem with my rear sprayer. I can hear the pump going, and occasionally get a small squirt from the sprayer. I disconnected the hose from the nozel and held the button, and after a minute it started to come gushing out.

Help???

sounds like your pump is getting tired, maybe take the hose off the pump and sheck to see that there is sufficient pressure and flow there. If there is good flow and pressure, it may just be draining back into the tank. To fix this, you can put a check valve in, so all the fluid doesn't flow back into the tank.

alright i might try that

I replaced my rear washer motor and bag (comes as a unit) with a used one from cruiserparts.net for $15 and it works great. On the other hand, I bought the center carpet piece from them and was not so impressed. So, you never know with used parts. Once the washer motor started pumping washer fluid, it came out all over the place in the headliner from a broken hose, so watch carefully when you fire it up.

Thanks for the help, its pouring rain otherwise I'd be working on it! Yeah cruiserparts is good sometimes, I have also ordered a stock FJ40 wheel from them and it was the rustiest POS ever, complete with spider nests!

Tips for getting the head light ones to work? I am guessing check all the same stuff??
