I just bought rain-x latitude wipers for all 3 blades, it was about $40 on amazon. These suckers are amazing.

I've never failed to be amazed by new wipers, because I always wait 'till the old ones rot off.

Around here you put new wipers on when it rains. By the time you need them again they have dry rot.

I have used a plethora of wipers during my 140K miles:

- OEM
- junk aftermarket
- PIAA
- Bosch
- Arco winter blades

Nothing is better than OEM.

And I have read, but not experienced, that Rainx screws up the performance of wiper blades.

I've been using RainX latitudes on my other vehicles, but my Hundy came with ICONs from the dealership.

Cool design, but I think RainX is better still. Just IMO.

Never used the OEM ones...

let me start a facebook group about it!:flipoff2:

I was looking to do a "promoted" tweet on it but couldn't find the tweet button - come'on vBulletin, give us some social functionality already.

What is the part number(s) for the Toyota blade inserts for front left and right ??!!

I'm looking on line and they all say NLA. They keep wanting to sell the whole blade (frame and all), and the new ones are junk. I know Toyota sells just the inserts (which are great ! ) , but cannot find my part numbers.

TIA !!

As mentioned earlier in this thread, @beno or cdan can get them for you.

Toyota parts catalog doesn't show them, but Lexus shows this:

852140E020 (left) 8521450100 (right)

I'll give this a run....

Remember one thing. Parts on the vehicle are rolling off the line with the best possible part.
Toyota does not want to waste time with warranty or to inspect vehicle during the warranty period.
I have tried them all, I still believe OEM wiper blades are the best out there.
And I think alot of folks are starting to realized this, as OEM wiper blade refills used to be alot cheaper.
