I took the top and doors off and am needing windshield mounted mirrors. Are there any other good quality and cheaper alternatives than SOR or CCOT for the windshield mounted mirror arms and mirrors?

When I ran around without the top and doors I had a set of mirrors like these. I attached them to the windshield rail.

It looks like no drilling? If so, those would be perfect.

These are all aftermarket jeep. I imagine you’d have to modify the brackets.

The following 3 are a seller who seems to specialize in vintage jeep stuff. These look like decent re-pops.

I made a flat bracket that moved my current door mounted mirrors right in front of the windshield hinge.

What screws did you use to mount these? The original beveled screws don’t fit right. Did you use flat head screws or bevel the holes in the mounting brackets? CCOT did not provide screws with the the mirrors. Thanks

I used stainless steel hex-head screws. I also installed some homemade hard plastic washers between the mirror arm base and windshield hinge as to not mess with the paint.

Note, the hard plastic washers were made from milk jugs with some circle cutters I have. :hillbilly:
