Window washer reservoir

great my first issue... I’m thinking the hammerheads filled up my reservoir with water and it froze. It worked on my test drive, but now all I can hear is the pump running when I pull the trigger. I tried to fill the reservoir but it’s topped off all the way to the top of the neck. Do I access it from the wheel well?

ignore the arrow, just grabbed this of ebay but it shows the layout.

or maybe take it into a warm parking garage somewhere for a while and let it melt, may be easier than taking it all apart.

Yes, up in the wheel well. This is picture showing a trial fit up of the 200 washer rezi in my old Tundra.

Do you have to remove the front metal fender to get to it?
