Just stuff a cotton in where the gaps are? :-p

Really, I've camped out good numbers of times in my truck and I've not had problems with mosquitos. Granted, I live out in MD, where it is not too big of a problem. Now if I camp out in Minn, maybe I will.

Old thread here, but I just tried this. It seems to be pretty effective, however the roll-up magnets don't seal perfectly at the bottom as there is plastic trim. So even if you extend down to the door metal, there is a gap.

This may be the simplest solution, and I should have considered before buying the magnets and gluing. I am trying to think of any pitfalls to this solution, but can't?

I have these on my BMW. I had to buy them from the UK though. I believe they once made them for the 100 series.

The shade/bug screen can be left on all the time as long as you don't roll the window more than halfway down while driving. I don't think they'll keep 'no-see-ums' out but they'll work for most mosquitos. Not cheap but a bit nicer and also keep add some privacy and UV protection.
