Will 2016-2019 landcruiser oem wheels fit on a 2015 landcruiser?

Try finding 2016 hub nut center caps.. the metal cover that presses into the hub face. That is the ultimate reason there are fitment issues here and I guess it’s possible aftermarket parts if they fit put on there somehow could be even worse.

Or have the tire shop pull those caps off and see if the wheel fits. You’d be fine to run like that for a while until you can source the correct cap.
Great idea, thanks.

OK, I found this part

Wheel Bearing Dust Cap (Left, Right, Front)

They will be about $20 each. Any idea why these would not fit the 2015 hub assembly? I do not know the diameter of them would be different?

Simplist/cheapest Approach would be to just dremel off some of the material on the center cap and not mess with the hub covers. Just make sure to leave enough of the center caps's lip exposed so it can still clip into the wheel. Took me a couple passes to get the right amount of material removed for it to clip into place with the wheel mounted to hub.

If you are handy with a hammer and punch, changing those covers is fast and easy - easier than messing with a dremel, in my experience. I could have both covers replaced in the time it would take me to dig out my dremel and swap bits.

The wheels apparently aren’t fitting even with the center caps out, despite this working for other people. I’m wondering whether the hub nut caps aren’t stock for some reason and interfering with the actual wheel, not just the center cap. Removing the caps answers this question.

Then when installing, might as well put the one on that doesn’t need a modified center cap so wheels can be rotated or replaced without having to keep track of anything.

Thats interesting that it isn't fitting with the wheel's center cap removed. Surprised to hear this. I think you are on to something about the hub nut caps not being stock. Something seems off.
I ended up modifying all 4 caps so I can do my rotations every 5k. Took about 10min to modiy all 4.

Anything to modifying the hub dust covers other that prying them off and tapping the new, 2016 version, onto the hub assembly?

The hub flange itself is the same part number from 2013 to 2017, so that didn’t change. I do remember the shape of the cap in the middle changing, possibly specifically so it could fit these new wheels.
Part number for the cap on a 2013 (same up to 15 afaik) 43514-34020
For 2017 43514-60020

If you do some digging in google you can find pictures of the front hub and brake on 2008-2015 and 2016+, and they are shaped differently. I’m on mobile or I’d link some pictures.

I don’t think there is a way to do it cleanly. Just try removing them and see if the wheel fits.. it should. Then install the later model part when you get them. They call it a grease cap but there really isn’t any in there. All it does is cover the big CV/hub nut and retaining pin. I wouldn’t want to leave it off in the winter where there is road salt, but temporarily while you figure out this wheel fitment issue it should be just fine.

The metal cap on the hub hits the back side of the center cap of 2016+ wheels. Pop the metal cap off and your good. Shaving down the back side of the center cap will work so as to allow the metal cap to stay on.
