Try Four-Wheel Parts. I got my "heavy" front springs for $93 each. They were p/n CS004F. I got the "med-heavy" springs for the rear, p/n CS004RA/B for $142.00 apiece. I also got the OME-N85 and OME-N88 shocks ($70 and $80 each), OME buhsings, and U-bolts from them. I bought my extended shackles from Man-a-Fre. Four-Wheel Parts will also "match" any other advertised price. I basically pieced a whole kit together for right around $1,000.
Wow, i didnt realize 4wheelparts carried OME stuff. Lance at iron pig offroad used to have really damn good prices on the springs, but i think hes increased them a little since the last time i checked.
Kurt is a really good guy to get parts from, and he will definitly answer all your questions, but dont let him tell you that he will call you back. Hes told me that like 4 times and never done it.
There is a common theme here that should be addressed. A good price is important, but more important is to support the guys who serve the Land Cruiser community. 4 Wheel Parts is NOT your friend. They want to sell tires for Jeeps and monster Chev/Ford/Dodge.
Everyone wants something for nothing, but the good guys of this world can't give you something for nothing very long and stay in business. Trust me, one day you will be needing the services of Cruiseroutfitters, Cruiserdan, Slee, Mudrak, or one of the other great businesses that serve our unique needs. They won't be there if you've been trying to save $5 shopping from the losers at 4WheelParts.
It is much more important to look for a FAIR price from someone you know, or who has helped you out of a jam in the past. Think about who you want to be doing business with in 10 years and give them your business now.
In this thread already, Kurt at Cruiseroutfitters has been reccomended 5 times. That's a good hint where to take your business. I can personally say he spent 30 minutes on the phone talking to me about the various aspects of springovers that didn't even involve a sale. Why in the heck would you shop at 4WheelParts?
I am going to be looking at Cruiser Soultions first as they are basically less than 50 miles from me, I have no idea if they stock them or not, but there website advertises 1435.00 for the entire kit.
I did see that Cruiser Outfitters has a budget kit for under 1K, without the greaseable shackles (and presumably other parts), but i do not know if saving $400 on a full suspension is worth it.
I'd keep the business within those who are best suited to help you.

I agree that buying parts from a reputable Landcruiser business is vitally important. Especially if you plan on keeping your cruiser for the long haul. However, the title of this thread is "Who's got the best prices on OME lifts". As some members on this board have pointed out, Four-Wheel Parts tends to cater to Jeeps, not Toyotas. When I bought my OME springs, bushings, shocks, U-bolts, & steering dampner, they were able to provide me with the cheapest prices. That was the bottom line for me. The reason I went with Man-a-Fre extended shackles was because I liked their 4-Plus anti-inversion/ greaseable shackles that are a tad bit longer than the OME ones provided for in most kits. Go ahead and bash on Four-Wheel Parts if you must, but you can't argue with the dollar figures that I posted in an earlier post. Just my two cents worth..... Good luck, Joel.
