Who's been nominated so far for the open TLCA positions?

TJK

(It's not secret is it?)

Heard a rumor Todd that you'd had accepted them all, and were running under the "sole proprietorship" ticket? ;)

More like the ship with no tiller ticket. :)

I second the nomination. He is an old fawk now!

Nominate me! I will pattern my regime after Mussolini in the early years. It will be a sort of a compassionate fascism.

Todd, are you qouting David's tact with women?

lets see if I remember...

Nick Stone accepted nomination to return as VP.
Nolan Grogan has been nominated as MSVP

Joe Somerville will be accepting an upcoming nomination as Western Rep.

Alan Loshbaugh is contemplating nomination as President but has been seriously waffling. He needs reaffirmation from the cruiser community that he can easily succeed Tony and achieve the goals that he (Tony) was unable to. Afterall, he is much more cruiser oriented (Twiddy drives a mini truck, whats up with that?), he is smarter, he has better Get Up And Go... and of course, he is certainly more handsome.

I think that covers it...

can we request photos of all the candidates, including dartboard, er, life sized images?

perhaps a photo-poll is in order....hehehe

Well, Alan knows this, but I will affirm it here for everyone.
You are an excellent candidate to take over what Tony has started.
Kudos to Twiddy for correcting some problems and steering this ship in a new direction, tough spot he inherited.

I know I speak for LSLC in saying we are totally behind you whatever you decide.
Butch

Alan would be an excellent canidate. Not bad looking either

well, so are most farm animals :flipoff2:

Seriously now, I for one, as president of Gotham City Land Cruisers, would like to thank the current administration. We have gotten a lot of support from you and greatly appreciate all the help.

Obviously a position like that must take a toll on the person in that role and I'm sure the rewards pale greatly to the amount of work, however, whoever ends up being in the new administration, please do not forget that just because a lot of folks don't speak up doesn't mean that what you do and say goes unnoticed. Unfortunately, frequently folks only speak up to gripe.

Good luck to whoever is running and we look forward to working with you continuing the great tradition of the TLCA. (woody - what's up with not having a TLCA smilie?).

I've been wondering about nominations as well. I'm not up to speed on the TLCA bylaws, but is there anything in place that would prevent someone from nominating Mr. Twiddy for a second term?

Don't worry Tony, I'm just thinking. :D

I heard thru the reliable grapevine Tony feels spent, and I empathize, but I would be the first in line to nominate or second the motion that he goes another round........
Butch

I'm right there with you, Butch. Tony's been a good boss.
