3rd owner of Turn Key 80 Series that is immaculate inside and out. This truck has just gone through extensive maintenance. New hoses, wire, plugs, distributor, starter, alternator, knock sensors, reconditioned Safari turbo system, front bearings repacked, all new fluids (synthetic only), alignment. Truck runs perfect with the Safari turbo with inter cooler and UNI chip. I have had other 80 Series owners drive this truck and are amazed with how much power and performance compared to "stock" 80 series. New professionally installed front seat covers, carpet is perfect (no stains or tears). "No rust" anywhere (AZ truck). Ice cold AC. Paint is original, no fading, excellent shape. All body parts original (no accidents). Brand new general AT2 grabbers 33's on factory powder coated wheels (no rock rash). Truck drives tight, no rattles, tracks straight, all rubbers and seals in excellent condition.

Extra's: Safari turbo system designed for 4.5 gas motor, ARB front bumper with 12K warn winch. Kaymar rear with single swing out OME heavy springs, shocks, and stabilizer. Drawer system, custom 3 inch exhaust, custom roof rack, 30 gal long range fuel tank.

$22,500 Price reflects condition and uniqueness of truck. For more info text or call (602)339-2184

Sounds impressive. But, with a recent join to the forum coupled with the fact there are no detailed pictures, receipts or other artifacts you're probably gonna catch some flak and have a hard time selling it here.

Pictures mean more than you can imagine. I'd just call it a well built 80 with the addition of the intercooler. Why would you want to sell this at 162K miles, that's a question people should ask and would want an honest answer. With all that it's got I hope you can sell it for your price. I think you're adding the retail price of new components to the cruiser base price which usually ends up being overpriced, YMMV. At $16K you'd have a quick sale, but only with a lot of pictures and reason for selling. Past there...GLWS

Hey,

Thanks for your honest response. I am a new member as everyone is at one time, as for pictures, I have them, but was not able to download because file was too big. Hopefully I will be able to get them posted soon. I do have all receipts and documentation of everything done to truck. All work has been performed by professional Toyota mechanics. I am an honest guy and this is an honest 80 Series for sale. For any other information please contact me.

Reason for sale....I hopefully will have an 81 Series sitting in my driveway soon. As for price, I appreciate your opinion, but I do have time on my side.

Hmmm, I just went to your profile and there is nothing there:hmm:

(edit) Sorry, I just found them...in your media

Good looking rig, GLWS
Can you share any of the turbo details? Looks well plumbed, curious if it was a kit or if you know the guy who did it.

safari turbo kit from oz not in production anymore , was on the truck when i bought it . i think the whole kit was around 8k back in the day . had the turbo rebuilt with some new plumbing have 2500 in that alone ..i have spent around 8k on the truck in the last 2 yrs ..this cruiser is goiing to make someone really happy

Sweet truck, but my fellow mudders are right. Also, please don't paint the undercarriage just before you sell a vehicle... Used car lot tactic that doesn't need to be seen here.

thanks for the compliment!!! it is a very sweet truck ...... as for the rest of your response, Ill take the high road. ...Its easy to be hater..

Congrats! That was a very nice truck:cheers:

if sales falls through I'd still love to buy that Kaymar bumper!
