Which heater hose goes where?

Does it matter which hose leading to the rear heater hooks up to the right or left connection? I just installed a rear heater - my fj didnt come with one - so I am not certain which hose goes where (leading from the front)...or if it matters. Thanks.

Minnesota! Talk about timely. Oughta be getting cold there about now. As far as function goes it does not matter. The hoses should be installed so that they don't twist over each other is all.

It is timely...today was 64, but the bearbutt cold stuff will be upon us, and all heat will be needed.
Thanks for the tip. I didn't think it mattered, but didn't want to refill entire system with coolant only to find out different.
