Champion (http://www.championwheel.com) and Stockton (http://www.stocktonwheel.com) are converted beadlocked wheels, for additional ~$125 per wheel, so I'll hold off on these.
Walker Evans Racing (bling bling!) are really nicely made and designed, and are about $300 per wheel, and are famous:

Rocklox is almost as pretty as the Walker Evans Racing, but is SAE and DOT approved. Also a "bling bling", it costs ~$400 and will be released late December 2003:

Hi-Impact Beadlocks are as famous as Walker Evans, but less expensive, and a bit heavier, but more design choices:
