It is connected to the fresh air nipple on your dizzy. should be just long enough to reach it.

The other one, on the dizzy, goes into the air cleaner to provide a low vacuum to suck air through the dizzy and keep it from filling up with ozone.

Yup, there are two, one in from the firewall breather and one out to the air cleaner.
