so i'm finally getting around to doing the ezwire harness in the 45. original fuseblock was front and center, but this one's ugly. do i really want it there? it's convenient there, it's just not cool. in the glove box is too hard to see. it's too bulky to mount on the side of the pillar like later models (would block kick vent...i can just see me kicking it in half while whipping down the road trying to open it. should i mount it off to the passenger side on the center cowl and just up high?

what say ye?

I'd say passenger side off hand, but just how big is it, Ige?

Or, maybe in the glove box. My 45's box is quite a bit bigger inside than the 71 FJ40 box, and you wouldn't have to worry about looking at it.

find the correct size tupper ware and drill a hole in the back then mount the block on the fire wall in the engine compartment. pop the tupperware lid over the top and you have a waterproof and completly hidden clean location.

fuse block is about 3x4"...i don't need waterproof as this won't be a hardcore rig...i was looking and i think i'll go high on the passenger side.
