Most of Wharton is legal but I guess if most are looking for technical stuff like Roush creek that would be closer for some of you. I do a lot of camping in the pines and Dona fair amount of kayaking also.
I've been all through wharton and the area near six flags, other then turning your rig orange and having sand absolutely every where its a lot of fun. I'm out for saturday. Getting a free Cj7 from a family member and trying to get my cafe ready to ride this summer.

Just went to calibrate my brand new deflators ... they won't screw on to my valve stems correctly

You have presta valves or somthing?
So the tire I was using as the setup have a valve that clearly looks older than the rest. The other 3 worked just fine. If I have time tomorrow I may try to get a new valve installed. Mounting the trans and tx case armor tomorrow and swapping the BFG re-treads on for the weekend. I got some sidewall nicks last time out and don't want to lose a brand new 305.
What time are we meeting at rausch?

Definitely be in the staging area BY 8:30. If there is a big turnout of jeeps I'd really like to get out of the lot as early as possible. And be sure you do the waiver for Rausch Creek online so you don't get stuck in the office for a long time. With five or six trucks we ought to have a great time. And Rob- will take care of you just like anyone else! You're in good hands with this group. And refresh my memory- who dragged you out of that water hole a long time ago when you flooded the truck?Weather forecast looks extremely promising. Any input on what trails we want to do?
