Whats up with this drive shaft?

So this is kinda weird. I've looked around and cant find any reference.
My front drive shaft rubs against the Transmission mount cross bar... thing. I started to think it was on backwards, but my manual show that it was actually on Okay. there is seriously like 1/16th of an inch clearance between the two. I don't believe it's lifted but I thought I would ask you guys to find out for sure.

Flip it around... slip yoke end on t-case= more clearance....
