What would cause no headlights no running lights? (1 Viewer)

I recently removed my RS3000 system and plugged everything back in and everything is fine minus the headlights and running lights. Pulled the relay (box under hood) and fuses and they were good.
There is one wire underneath the steering wheel that I had to cut to remove so will twist it back together in the light tmrw and see what I get. Found it kind of weird.
Getting the Viper Alarm Remote Start installed soon.
