I put 34s on and am getting a tiny amount of rub, I think at the back of the front wheel well, but only when turning while driving, and only briefly.

My mud flaps are long gone, and I have tons of space with my TJM bumper.

I think I just need to take off a little bit of plastic to gain clearance. I'm not sure what tool to use on this thicker material.

This is a static photo of the area with the wheel turned to its closest point.

I'm looking to trim at the red line:

I use a Dremel, or you can use that mini cutoff wheel you used for your tailgate.

If you have tin snips, those do a great job too especially when you're trying to cut small bits off

Thank you everyone!

I couldn't find my oscillating tool, so I thought I'd the some tin snips. it worked great! Trimmed a rough corner with a sheetrock knife.

The plastic was a lot thinner and mor pliable than I expected it to be.

Thanks again!!

Did the other side too, but just used the sheetrock knife and it was actually quicker and easier.

It probably took longer to post the after than to do the actual cutting. I’m always surprised how easy they cut
You nailed it. I had myself all psyched out and it couldn't possibly have been any easier.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say it, but you all are awesome. I really appreciate how people jump in and provide so many great ideas. Thanks, everyone. ILuvMud.
