What to look for when shopping for a lx (1 Viewer)

I am looking at a 00 lx470 4x4 this Friday, 12/15/17.

It is lifted already, has some nice off-road tires, and has 101k miles.
It is on a used car lot so i have no way of knowing any history as far as maintenance.
What things should I look for (frame rot, etc.)

Run from rust and check timing belt history.

Look for maintenance history on lexus/toyota website. Requires vin. this is the toyota one: Track Your Service Records with Your Toyota Owners Account

Assume lexus has similar.

Look for consistent dealer maintenance (oil changes, lub, etc.). Probably the most important item would be the timing belts/pullies/water pump @ around 90K miles.
