I still don't understand how they "guide" the window in. Baffling.

I tested it this morning. I can't repeat it reliably and maybe it has to do with other windows being open or closed but I wasn't paying attention. But there was one instance where sure enough the window did get sucked out a bit and *appear* to make contact with it.

I'm guessing this part is only necessary on SC 1FZ-E motors...

Actually wait, your truck can gain speed going downhill, you could...with a tailwind...hit the velocity needed to utilize this component. :hmm:
In theory...not in actuality. Actually, I drove it last weekend and had never really paid attention before. I hit 78 mph and even passed a few cars. She was rolling along around 2200-2400 rpm. She liked it and felt comfortable at that speed.

....with SuperChargers, and airbags :flipoff2:

I'm guessing if the window blew out it would cause the airbags to go off...

Cool, which side of the continental divide were you driving down?

Ironically, I have driven my 80 across the continental divide. But I was driving along the corn fields of Iowa. No hills. At. All. Dead. Flat. And I wasn't worried at all about the head gasket blowing. :flipoff2:

A) I always look cool driving my 80.
2) I'm never in a hurry. This ain't LA.
III) I don't drink therefore I don't drink and drive. Plus, I drink water. We have plenty of it here in Iowa. Water is a liquid that is comprised of two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. It is essential for life. And making grass green. You should google it. It's pretty cool. :flipoff2:

Z. So long as the windows are rolled up and tinted
%. There is no such thing as "hurry" when you are on an LA frwy
@. What is "water"? And I spelling it correctly? Dammit, there is so much I don't know. :(

I just peeled my tint off my front windows this winter. I want everyone to see me rolling in my 80!
Yeah, the 405 or whatever is probably the source of your overheating issues.
Water, it is the main ingredient in beer.

@LS1FJ40 Anytime you are in town or near you better as hell hit me up for a visit!!! :wine:

For sure @NLXTACY. I'll PM you. I think we've sufficiently hijacked @SUMMIT CRUISERS thread enough. :flipoff2:

Speaking of which, there needs to be a hijack emoticon. Maybe like a dude with a bandana across his face with six shooters shooting up in the sky. I think that would be PC enough. :poof:
