My 2008 with 135k is still running the original upper and lower radiator hoses. I have flushed the system once with Toyota SLLC. What is the replacement interval / service life of these hoses? I did replace the heater hose Tee's a number of years ago, as well.

No experience on 200 but based on other Toyota and Subaru it depends on where the vehicle lived most of its life.

The Outback was in need of replacing rubber after 10 year of living in Texas sun at just little past 100k before I got it. On my Camry I started replacing the rubber after 22 years in PNW at 250k, and although some of the vacuum hoses where hard and in need of replacement the radiator hoses were still good and pliable. I just replaced everything to make sure I can get another 20 out of it and because at that time all hoses were still available from Toyota at reasonable price (2018).

There is no prescribed interval for replacement and rightly so in my experience. You have to inspect and see what conditions they are in. My view is that when you pass 20 years it is wise to proactively change rubber under hood "if you are in there". Regardless of age, if your inspection finds a lot of hardened rubber under the hood, then you have to get on an agresive schedule of replacing all of it - if you want to keep the truck forever. Make sure you keep a log of what hose you replaced, if not already having a maintenance jurnal.

My experience is that they last a very long time as long as you replace your coolant regularly. I replaced the hoses on my 100 when I replaced the radiator. On my 100, the hoses were still fine after 250k miles. My 200? Like new after 150k miles (still have not replaced them).

100k in tennessee then ~70k in central texas, before I replaced my second radiator out of an abundance of caution due to the infamous crack just starting again.

Mine were just *barely* swollen with spring-clamp marks in them. On removal, they would have gone a lot longer. Still, they're done.

The bigger risk is the Heater T's on rigs before the updated parts hit the supply somewhere in 2013.. which OP already addressed. Just putting it out there for others coming along.

Was there a part number change during the 2013 MY? 2014 + are G2G?

You can actually interpret the mold marks on yours to confirm they are the updated material. Details per @gaijin
