Replaced my starter and valve cover gaskets. Got everything back together, but seem to be missing this.
Also not sure if that ground belongs on the engine lift bracket.
That is a VSV (Vacuum switch) for the EVAP return. You should have a vacuum line with a black plastics box lying near it.
This is a newer VVT engine, but the vacuum line with black box looks the same.

Hmm, I don't see anything like that, and don't remember seeing something like that during disassembly. Anything here look like it's in the wrong place?
Check this hose (in green). Leading to circles red area. Looks like that should be it per parts diagram. I can take off my plastic cover and check if that's not it.
