Found a book in it from 02. My brother’s handwriting after he bought it from me. He moved to Alaska with a Volvo 240 dl. He borrowed it a winter before he bought it.

These beauty’s have been hidden for well over a decade. Was not a turbo truck. But I bought one for gauge cluster, seats and R151. Pacific got the rest. Was a weekend swap when truck was in town.

Packed and ready to meet George in Ouray on Tuesday! The last one is Black Bear Trail, which we are doing on Thursday.

Are you guys going to cruisers on the Rockies?! I’ll be in silverton all week for it and I’m planning on running black bear on Friday!

Front brakes on the GX. Brake fluid flush on the 40. Then took a lunch break and found this friend. Still have bike brakes to do. Oi.
I paid Rising Sun and Alter Cycles for these services last week. I have performed a LOT of work on my Cruiser in my garage over the Winter and Spring and got to drive it for the first time since December. We took a family trip up Storm Castle and it felt great!

Made my brother take the same photo of the LX on the rocks for the fiftieth time.

Watched gas boil out my gas tank.

Did not go down the abandoned mine shaft.

Found some cool crystal rocks

Fabulous trip to the San Juans in CO. 1900mi total, truck performance superlative. Minor rear bumper damage suffered on The Wall.

(Zoom in to see my daughter in backseat watching a movie on the iPad)

Cruisers on the Rockies was great- awesome camping, good food, cool people and trucks, herds of children running amok.

Awesome shot, poser! How nerve wracking was it to roll your driver front tire over that little bump with a drop off like that in front of you!?!
LOL I definitely had a spotter guiding me onto and off that position!

I’m so bad about taking pix but here’s a couple more - headed up the wall:
