We have been deep in thought with selling it recently. We have a growing family and need one more seat for when we all Load up and go places that requires a truck.

I’ve been really tempted to de console/ center seat swap my pro. I know it’s possible, and I know I can find parts. I just haven’t had time to sit down and figure out what all parts I’m going to need.

I’m in my pro for a great price, I could make money, but couldn’t replace it for the amount I have in it. Also I don’t love the thought of going to a SR5 truck and starting over, time just doesn’t really allow for it anymore. At least with the pro in stock form I’m 100% happy with the suspension/ ride/ drive on 295s. Plus I have the 38 gallon tank. I would love to see it on 37s but it’s very much a useful truck now. I have other toys to play with.

A SR5 truck would require pro paint match pieces, suspension work, aftermarket fuel tank, then if your Doing suspension you might as well do 37s and go down that rabbit hole.

Also in the last two weeks I’ve drove my tundra 10 miles other than the trip to the lake yesterday towing our boat. I don’t “NEED” it. But damn it’s nice to have sitting in the driveway when I want it. My built 200 series will tow anything that I actually need to tow and do it happily.

That’s a nice fleet of Yotas. You definitely one up with the 40.

Oh I thought about doing the bench seat swap in the tundra. Let me know if you go that route and what is all needed. Also, love your 200!

Spent the last week camping at our place in Ridgway. Just finished Alpine loop. Ran the full trail including Engineer from Ouray, and aside from a few 10 point turns and the limited departure angle from the 33s and the exhaust/ spare tire, it was fairly benign.

We spent a few days in Ouray with a trip around to Telluride in Sept of ‘23. Did different trails than last time. Kept it mellow as we had the better part of 1,500 miles home pulling a trailer.

Spent first part of the day rebuilding the front suspension in the Sequoia. Love taking apart what a “highly recommended Toyota 4x4 specialty shop” installed on this thing just before I bought it. Apparently they don’t grasp the concept of dissimilar metal corrosion, or the existence of Neverseize. I was wrenching on eggshells thinking bolts were going to strip or snap.

Were you able to fit one of those in the spare location or are you sticking with the factory spare?

That's amazing. Love to see it. You thinking about running 35's?

As far as I know, there's zero wiggle room in the stock spare location, any bigger than stock would have to be relocated.

EDIT: I see that you are getting new shoes.

If the baja bosses all terrains came in a 37x12.50r18 I'd already have them on haha
Might be looking at one of those for my next set of rubber but I still have more than 40k of life on the KO2s

Your 200 has a great stance

Great question as I am curious myself! But I held out on the spare (I have an ARB tire repair kit in my cargo area). But will 5th wheel a 35 on a hitchmount carrier- I'm thinking Rig'd Ultraswing. I'm trying to find one with good clearance and one that doesnt project way out...

Suspension rebuild is done. Good for another 2 years (Bilsteins “lifetime” warranty only covers a year or two🙄). But it rides so damn well, I’ll just try not to complain too much. I ended up having one of the bolts (10mm) break off inside my UCA on second side. Photos of the crap install will be heading to the “highly recommended” shop today. So much unnecessary corrosion… I know I won’t get anything out of them, but I’ll feel better for enlightening them, and maybe someone else will benefit?

Installed (well, paid someone to install) front and rear TRD swaybars, all new end links, and Bilstein 5100’s

Rides nice but to be honest even the leaking shocks rose pretty well even at 202k miles. But definitely flatter when cornering due to the sway bars.

Nice to freshen up a 12 year old Sequoia in the 200k miles club

I haven't had time to install my suspension but I removed the mudflaps and threw on the new wheels and tires today. Surprisingly just a little rubbing at full lock in reverse.

Wheels: Evo Corse Dakar Zero 17x8.5 et25
Tires: Toyo MT 285/75r17 Load Range E
