Just make sure you're above a dam when you're out there. Apparently bull sharks are present before the first dam. I worked out in The Dalles for a couple years and learned things I never knew.Installed AJT shifter trims and ordered Rendline Goods leather shifter boot and a trd pro style shift knob.
Threw the paddle board up and went on the Columbia to do some fishing with the kiddos.

No effing way! That's crazy.. thanks for the heads up.Just make sure you're above a dam when you're out there. Apparently bull sharks are present before the first dam. I worked out in The Dalles for a couple years and learned things I never knew.
I hear what you're saying, not likely at all and I'm still a little skeptical, but the guy worked at the Bonneville before; and said they had confirmed a sighting of several near the damn years ago. They thought perhaps some salmon sharks made their way all the way there chasing salmon, but said they don't do well in water that fresh; and don't usually wander too far from the mouth. Just like the great whites that visit the mouth of the Columbia. No effing way! That's crazy.. thanks for the heads up.
Edit: Just did some reading and it says the columbia is too cold for bull sharks. Maybe something else???
Crazy scary if true cause I am terrified of sharks. Looks like I'll be investing in a boat and a bazooka hahaI hear what you're saying, not likely at all and I'm still a little skeptical, but the guy worked at the Bonneville before; and said they had confirmed a sighting of several near the damn years ago. I hear you, I witnessed a small <6ft great white beach itself at Gold Beach like 20+ years ago. Was there there with the wife and we were just walking around like knee deep and got out. A bunch of people started freaking out and got out of the water, tide rolls out and the thing is flopping around in a few inches of water. It got back out, but that was the last time I went deeper than half calve. I'm lucky in the sense that a high fall would only make me a quadriplegic, or a shark attack would only take half a leg or my nether regions. So, no thanks.Crazy scary if true cause I am terrified of sharks. Looks like I'll be investing in a boat and a bazooka haha

I would try the Toyo RT Trail personally but I'm a big Toyo fan. I have had 3x sets of Toyo MTs (on 100, 80, and Tacoma) and they're my favorite tires. I put Toyo RTs on my 200 and they've been really great... until they hit 30K miles and starting sliding everywhere in the snow. The tread is still decent but they just don't do well in snow anymore. I wonder if the RT trail improves on the RT design?Trying to decide between Nitto recon grapplers or Toyo RT trail for my next 37s on my new ray10s. Which one would you get?
Thanks for your experience with Toyos. I heard Nitto and Toyo are the same company and both are made in the same factory so I'm sure either one will work great.I would try the Toyo RT Trail personally but I'm a big Toyo fan. Ya I deal with some snow. I've been running mud terrains for the past 5-6 years and havent had any issues so Im sure either one will be much better. I too prefer the look of the Toyo.Do You have much snow? The recon grappler will be quieter and handle snow better,
The Toyo is more “aggressive” and will make more Road noise. They are both a great tire.
Personally I like the look of the Toyo better. However I wouldn’t be afraid to put a set of the recons on. ( I’m an Indy tire/ repair facility fir reference)
