That looks awesome; nice work!

MY UPDATE:

After two complete beadlock disassemblies with tire flips, I finally got a bit of a system worked out. Tonight I got the last two off the truck, aired down, bolts out, rings removed, tires off, rings cleaned and painted, and rims washed - all in about 2 hours.

Rear diff got its second break in run tonight; seems to be doing well. No noises or funny actions, just a whole lot of heat.

I was surprised how hot mine got Sunday when I drove it about 15 mls but as with your I'm not having any strange noises and everything seems fine otherwise. I'm hoping to get some good mls on it before gsmtr.

Sent from my detachment from reality.

You may already know all this, but from what I've read, here are the keys to a good break-in: multiple short drives with long periods between (20min/120min), no hard acceleration, no towing, no jarring actions, change the fluid after 500miles or so, and do NOT drive it long distance or high speed before you're sure its broken in well enough.

Yep that sounds like the break in procedure I was told to do. I have had it up to hyway speed but very gently.

The it usually works out for me is that I brake mine in on the ride from the shop to the trailer.

Better there than on the first 5' of the first trail after a 3-day trip to a park that's 2 hours from the next closest town! :frown:

I got a new joint.

Finally done with the beadlocks (at least I hope so). Gotta see tomorrow morning how much they've leaked down from 20psi. I know for sure one has a leak on the beadlock side, but I'm praying that it'll settle out after some use on the trail.

Today Cory and I rode trails 22,42,43, 2 and 16 at Windrock in the rain.

On the map the first little section of 43 is single black diamond. Did y'all skip that somehow or was it not too bad?

In the rain must mean they aren't too bad, or y'all had a heck of a time.

The short bad section we did down and just made like toboggans

With all the rain, I am glad I didn't get to go!
Plus, I got a lot done on the Gazoo. Turned it over for the first time. Going to put gas in it tomorrow and see if it will start!

Installed some STICKERS!!!

Also finished fabbing up a homebrew nozzle for my new Jerry can. Finally have an aux can with no leaks, and a way to get the fuel into the truck. Been quite a headache.

Discovered the Gazoo has a bad fuel pump :bang:

And Put on a radiator overflow bottle.

Also washed the Mule and changed the front and rear diff fluid. It was not as bad as I though it might be but it was needed. Then I put gas in it and packed the fluids in it for GSMTR.
