Is that carrier homemade or you bought it?
Will the 2nd row of seats still function?

Thanks

We made one that will fit where you are asking for. It has been crash and roll over tested
without any issues.
Carriers are set up for a 315 but custom widths are available a no additional charge for a perfect fit.

How was it? Trail was still closed when I went up there last week.
Great there was no one up there. had the trail to my self. Lots of water I would say 25% of the trail has water running over it.

Yes it is home made with metal I had left over It holds well the strap needed to go over bar shown not under. A memeber sells them here lot easier than making probably.

Ta da.

Very nice. are you not disconnecting your front or rear sways at all when you wheel?
No I'm not. They aren't limiting my flex. The limiter in the front is the radius arms hitting the axle brackets. Haven't seen any limitation from the rear swaybar up to this point. From my research, this new bar shouldn't change that. Seems to be working ok. :)

Rebuilt my front axle including a new birfield for the drivers side and complete front brakes. It was of course, a messy job, but had to be done as the PO neglected it a bit.

Given this is your first post, why not post some details of your rig, say hi to everyone and receive the official welcome emoji....

My 81 has always had a ton of body roll since I got it 2 years ago. It has a 2.5" OME lift and 315s.
While prepping it for a trip recently, my buddy said "geez, those rear swaybar links look mighty long..."

That's one of Cruiser Outfitters' 1" extended swaybar links for comparison...

Well I don't know what the heck kind of lift this truck may have had in a previous life but I guess it was big.
Massive improvement in drivability now. Still some body roll but much less, and it's predictable. Wish I'd figured this out a long time ago.

Thanks to Kurt @cruiseroutfit for the links!

Since many of you don’t get over to chat I figured I’d cross post this. It isn’t tech but it’s a good cause. Never met the dude but any brother of Kurt’s aka @cruiseroutfit is a brother of all of ours.

As you will see. Mud stepped up and killed it on the voting but his brother got jobbed by the dentist doing the contest.

There’s a GoFundMe link. Skip Starbucks for a few days and help a brother out. That’s a few less days of listening to you all bitch about not having enough cup holders!

Need a Cruiser-Karma deposit for the day? My BIL could use a quick vote.

That is a pretty interesting lot. Couple airstreams, old buses, old classic cars, right hand drive japanese cars including the 80 and GTR. Hell I have been to car shows with less cool s***. lol.

Yeah, I was just walking around to go get some lunch, and did a double take at the sight of the GTR. Then 80, an FD WTF!! Then classics sprinkled all over. So I had some food and beer and walked back and got some pics for you guys.
