Started my trip from Orlando to Laguna Beach, California by way of Dallas, Denver, Moab and a few other places. Covered a lot of miles - 786 to be precise (1264Km). Been through 3 states for the first time. Got to meet @Rogers92FJ80 as well. . Truck was phenomenal. I have averaged 13.5 MPG -sitting at a constant 65mph with air con and 315 wheels - not too shabby. Amazed at the number of people who have slowed to nod their appreciation. Baton Rouge is the resting spot for tonight. Tomorrow is a short run to Dallas.

A quick tug from the Lexus and I was free. Then all day I had to hear about how much better Lexus's are.

LX450's ARE better...lol...I know, I own one ;) ;)

saw this in front of my office Friday. RHD and smelled of oil, probably diesel. Interesting that this was imported to the states. I think it's a sign, just not sure of what. I don't think I've seen the color before either.

Finally got my whole exhaust replaced, my old one was hanging on by on two hangers so it was time. Some nice stainless Flowmaster high flow cats, new Magnaflow 18" muffler and 2.5 all the way from the cats. They did a very nice job and replaced the hangers with their own but using factory bolt holes.

They painted the welds but I think my rather aggressive carwash might have taken some of that off. Either way for any of you AZ folks I highly recommend Scottdale Muffler. :)

EDIT: Forgot to include a little sound clip. Ignore the smoke, the first couple heat cycles on the high flow cats are supposed to be bit dusty.
