I don't think colour has anything to do with quality as far as coolant is concerned.
The important things are:
Who makes it (which determines whether the label data can be trusted),
What chemicals it is composed of,
What concentration you're using it at (in relation to the water that's usually mixed in with it)
Whether the water you've mixed in with it is contaminated with unwanted stuff or not.
Name's really Tom & I have a Sky Blue 1979 Australian-market BJ40 that is RHD and mainly original with Toyota PTO winch, 16" split rims, drums all round, B engine, H41 transmission and 12V electrics that I've owned since 1981 - Edit... I should say "HAD a BJ40" because as of 11 Oct 2016 it is gone - written-off and towed away after a motorway pileup.
