@dogfishlake Did you have your wheels powder coated as well? They look like the factory 40th wheels, but all nice n shiny!

I did coat them. It was kind of time consuming but I did the "windows" in Cardinal powder coatings Steel Grey and gelled it (280 ish degrees) and let it cool, then coated the entire wheel with Kromezone powder (Tiger Drylac), wiped the windows clean with a damp cloth, then gelled those two (have to actually cure chrome for it to topcoat well but just barely, just short of a full cure), finally topcoated with clear on the whole wheel.

A lot of work but nice result.

If you are working with a local coater and wanted cost effectiveness, you could have them coat the Steel grey, score some high temp glass cloth tape from them and tape the windows off at home, then they can do the Chrome powder first, remove the tape, then clear it all. That will remove a ton of labor on their part and should get you in the $50-75 per wheel price range I suspect.

The color is called Triple Bronze. I had them done at like 90% gloss and had them clear coated too. I'm not sure on the brand of powder.

I found Triple Bronze in the Prismatic Powders line of premium colors. It is not naturally a high gloss, hence the clear coat...which looks terrific on it on your rims.

Edit: Here is a link to images of Triple Bronze with the same company's matte clear. triple bronze powder coat clear matte - Bing images
