406 Cruisers is happy to present a clinic that was successful on the first go around, and has been requested again. A welding basics clinic. Sailor with Heliarc Design will be conducting two separate clinics and will focus on the basics of MIG welding. He will discuss choosing settings, how to achieve a strong weld with good penetration on a variety of material thicknesses, and basic techniques. The clinics will cover at home modifications and on trail repairs. The class will be two hours long, will be limited to 4 people, and will allow for ample welding time for each participant. Heliarc Design will be charging $30 per person, which will cover all materials used. Sailor only has two welding helmets, so we could really use two more, if anyone would like to loan them for the clinic.

This class is for Saturday, July 29th from 10-12. First four replies get the spot!

Thanks

TC

Unfortunately I have to pull out of the workshop. I will be spending that weekend rebuilding my knuckles. Sorry to miss it!

Hey guys it looks like just Shaun for this clinic? If so that means, TC, you could jump in this one.

Checking to see about clinic? Enough attendees? I'm fine if rescheduled to a more suitable date for others to join.

Hi Shawn, it looks like it would just be you and me, and maybe Travis. It seams that people are out doing fun stuff with their summer weekends. I might try and offer a weekday evening clinic, which might be easier for people to get to. Would that work for you to join an upcoming weekday evening instead of tomorrow (today)?

Meant to check last night I don't have anyone's number in the group. here is mine 4065801578 . Im fine with a reschedule
