Hi guys.
This is my first technical post so far, so please go easy if I miss any details and tell me to provide if needed.

I have just bought a 2017 Land Cruiser 200 4.6L V8 Petrol 6 speeds atomatic (UAE imported) which has only reached around 1000 Miles now, have the engine oil changed and tires allignment properly done already.

I am experiencing light vibrations from the gas pedal, start at around 80kmh (50mph) and to be more specific, around 1700 rpm and up. This is not always there, only appears when I push it down while driving and stops right after I release the pedal.
I also feel kinds of pulse from the brake pedal whenever I apply brake at low speed. Both of those things are quite strange, as this is a brand new one and I have never experienced those with my old LC100.

Any ideas as to what can be causing vibration through the pedal on such a new car?

BTW, I also noticed that the front ride height of LC200 is uneven from left to right, with the right front side of the car sits higher than the left one. Do u guys think it's normal?

Many thanks.

Brake pedal pulsation (judder) often caused by a warped rotor or improper installation where the surface of the rotor is not parellel to the rotational plane.

Thanks a lot, man. I will have it checked asap. Should I be worried about other things if it's not the reason?

My LC200 doesn't have KDSS, it's the VX-R one with AHC :(

Those with the AHC might be able to add more, but there are adjustable height sensors for that system. Some have modified their position to trick the AHC to ride higher, or higher all the time.

Maybe one in the front is out of alignment or needs replacement? Just thinking out loud, HTH.

BTW, post pics from your part of the world, it would be really neat to see. While sitting in the lobby of a body shop this past summer, I found this article in a magazine.

How uneven is the front? The AHC has a sensor in each front wheel well towards the top. As you slide the nut downards in the adjustment channel the truck heigh will go up. The rears are opposite, to raise you slide the nut upwards. As mentioned above I used this method and maxed out all the sensor adjustments to give mine a bit of a lift.

Nothing else just Have your rotors turned at a brake shop to make sure they are absolutely
Flat i would suggest new oem brake pads do it once,do it right...you say the truck only has
1k miles the brakes at one point probably got really hot who knows. Here in the states with that low mileage almost new would be covered by the dealership.

Thanks, it's about 1 inch difference. Not sure if it affects the cornering attitude, or it's way too subtle.

Thanks, dude. So, how about the gas pedal light vibration :( I just have no idea.

Something tells me that all these issues you are experiencing is related to one problem
Which is unusual for such a low mileage vehicle.
What is the history on your truck?
Previous accident? Which may be the cause of your brake issue bad axle bearing?
Gas pedal issue? Engine vibration? Engine mount?
Uneven height ride? Any signs of impact on the front rims? This is a Lexus it should be smooth as butter.

Any signs of the front end being repainted, both fenders, bumper.
With the steering wheel centered does both tires fit symmetrical in the fenders besides the height?

Put your vehicle on a lift and inspect, look for new parts previously installed.

Hmm, I think it should not be that bad :( I bought it brand new, tires sit symmetrical and other than these two minor issues, its ride is perfectly fine.
PS: I've just found this: Vibration in LandCruiser?

“From our records, Brighton Toyota has reported a very light vibration at speed consistent with when the torque convertor lock-up clutch engages. "

How about this, guys? This is the only official announcement I could find.
