I have a 2016 and I hopped in my car this morning and there's no sound at all coming out. I can go to different inputs (SAT, AM/FM, Bluetooth, Phone, etc.), but no sound comes out. Also, when pressing the buttons, there's no sound either. I'm hoping it's just a fuse somewhere, but I'm not sure. I'm going to take a poke around the fuse panels and see if I find anything.

I doubt it’s a fuse, I feel like your system may just be stuck. Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a minute? I’m sure that will reset your settings and get you back in business. If not, it’s worth a trip to the dealer to see if there are any gremlins but I do think it may just be stuck.

Did you end up figuring this out? Our 2015 LX will do something similar, but intermittently, and it comes back with a restart.

Mine didn't come back with a restart. For me, there was a loose plug under the glovebox that became a little disconnected after pulling some wires through the firewall. Very simple fix, but frustrating to find. I know @Romer had the same problem and solution.

Yeah, that was very frustrating.
