I am trying to find out if anyone has had any luck with turning the weber around to try to get better luck going up hills with out it cutting up. I am wondering where the float needs to be adjusted to so that it will help also.

Yes, somebody posted on here a while back that they had turned the carb around to get an easier run for the throttle cable (not so much kink). don't remember who, but they had a good write-up of what had to be done to get it on there 'backwards'.
