I can't recall now who was talking about using a Sanden AC compressor for OBA at the Tech Day. I mentioned at the time that there was a guy on MUD who had mounted a Sanden compressor for OBA to the stock smog pump mount on a 2F. The MUD member's handle is subzali but he is actually documenting the install under the same handle on the Rising Sun 4WD board out of Colorado. It's installed and it runs, but he's still finishing up the plumbing. Here is a link to what he's done.

We were discussing that. Thanks again for the help and also for the above link. Sandens are much easier to fit in a 3FE and are more plentiful in the boneyards.

Thanks again to everyone for all their help on Saturday, and especially Scott for hosting another fine tech day. You guys motivated me and I was lucky enough to spend most of the day Sunday working on my rear bumper. I'll have some pics pretty soon once I get some real progress.
