Hello everyone,
Swapping out a leaky water pump on my 78’ 55 in the near future (77’ Nov production date) Purchased water pump from cruiser outfitters new bolt kit from cityracer. Been a couple years since I’ve done this.
First question: am I missing a gasket that goes between the water pump and block or do I just use Toyota FIPG?
Second question: do I take the 3 screws that are in the picture below out and use FIPG on both sides of the gasket that came installed sandwiched between the plate and the pump on this bad boy?
