When I drive my ’92 TLC (170K mileage) and I accelerate or brake I hear water slushing back and forth. I only hear it on the driver’s side of the vehicle; I thought it was gas splashing around in the tank but I filled it up and I still hear it. There is no water in the doors or leaks anywhere, could water somehow got into the frame? Any ideas… much appreciated…

Rocker panel filled with water due to clogged drain slits. Look underneath the rocker panel for 2ea 1/2" rubber plugs, one in the front and the rear. Or can get something small and clean the drain slits.

Don't get wet...

Thanks I will give it a try...

is it a white 94 that you got in holland michigan? i test drove that one and it freaked me out when i first hit the brakes.

2nd on the zip ties. There are small openings on the seam of the rocker that arent super easy to find.

It may not be water your hearing Look for a loose brake cable or something rolling in the frame as a toyota tech The wierdest thing I found was a Squirls nest in a brand new one month old mind you never driven truck It would run for 5min. and die! drove everybody crazy! check the exaust! Niknite!
