That looks like the one I used. but the description is a little different. I don't think the one I used said anything about the M10 or M12. I would expect this one to work just fine. Mine is mounted to the motor with big hose clamps just like the one it replaced.
I also used the motor from a 9.5, and the wiring was as simple as possible. Everything was color coded. If you're keeping the original motor, then you may have to play with it for a minute or two to get the drum turning in the right direction, but it's not hard. The cables on the contactor are a little too long. Not enough to cause a problem, but you may want to trim them up a little if you have the tools to terminate them.
The winch works great. There's a definite performance improvement.
Note that the plug on this control box is not the same as on the old 8274 control box, so you will need a new remote as well. The new ones do not seem as robust as the old ones.
