Wanted : FJ40 clutch to slave FJ40 hard line

They are at least two different hard lines probably more. Length of the line depends on which side of the bellhousing the slave was mounted. Toyota did both over the years. They may have increased the line size in later years.

I agree with John, and the tube has been discontinued.
Best fix is the whole package and be done with it.
