Had a flat on the interstate. Stopped to fix it and now have a VSC warning light and speed control will not work. is there a code reader for this warning light or do I have to take to shop? Or what is the most common fix for this? Is not throwing a check engine code nor is ABS light on or any other warning lights.

Stop by an auto parts place and they can read the code. You can also try to reset by pulling the battery cable for a few minutes.
While u r at the auto parts store buy a BT OBD2 reader and use a smart phone app to read codes and reset them as needed. they are cheap and there are free apps (though good apps are still pretty inexpensive).

I went to Autozone and OReily's and they only do check engine lights. Will try battery cable overnight.

Was it a front tire? Check the small harness that runs to the front of each knuckle for damage. Also check where the wires wrap around one side of the upper control arm.

You can order a Carista module on Amazon cheap and quick, and I know from experience their app will read ABS codes (most likely what this is)
